Can I make a circle about 10" in diameter?** A: I believe what they are asking is, how tight can you bend this product, or how tight of a circle you can bend it before it breaks or creases. Sorry I don’t have that answer but maybe one of you have bought it and has some extra that can make a small circle and give them the answer now that the question is correctly understood. **Q: How high above the ground line is this edging once in place?** A: If you can keep it in the ground (I added extra stakes and it still keeps coming out of the ground). I went down about 2" and it still keeps coming back up and with 2" in the ground, only 2.5" is above ground. You can go to any depth you want but good luck keeping it in place. **Q: What is the depth of the plastic?** A: It's about 5 inches. You could use an edger to make the groove before insertion so the little roots don't inhibit the "push". They made it difficult for us at first. **Q: Is the edging rigid or soft? It feels thick and durable. It’s also flexible so it can be bent into a variety of shapes to make the edging look more unique. I installed mine in a wavy pattern and love how it turned out. I’m confident it will last a long time. Tip: it helps to have something like a rubber mallet to hammer in the nails but they can also be pushed in with a hand or a shoed foot. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall Solid Product With A Few Caveats *by on Reviewed in the United States May 19, 2020* I initially purchased only one roll as a “test” to see if it would work to keep the dirt from our flower bed from flowing over our brick walkway, especially when it rains. It worked!I ended up buying a total of 9 rolls between Amazon and another retailer and I need a few more to finish my backyard. I used it along our brick walkway and around our flower beds. A few tips I read in the previous reviews helped:-I laid out the roll for at least a half hour prior to using and I placed something heavy on each end to weight them down to straighten it out-When using the edging along my brick walkway (a straight line), it was best to install the edging against the way it is already slightly bending because it helps it hold a straight line. If you are doing a curvy line, it’s ok to install with the natural bend.-You need to score the ground before trying to install and it’s best to install when the ground is slightly dampI found it was easiest to install in the grass. When I was installing along the flower bed and in the dirt/soil, it was incredibly difficult because it would pop out of the ground when I was installing a foot or so down. I know the ground was to blame but be aware that a looser soil will make it very difficult to install.Also note it did take awhile to install and it still ended up wavy BUT I had several neighbors compliment it so I’m not as self conscious anymore about that.Overall I was very happy and I will purchase a few more to finish the backyard. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice product *by on Reviewed in the United States April 26, 2024* It’s sturdy yet flexible. Easy to install with the directions given. I do recommend getting more spikes to ancore it more securely but maybe because I know my husband will bang into it with his lawnmower frequently. By the way the customize service at this company was superior. 2 of the kits ( I ordered 20) came without the spikes I called right away and without any pushback they sent them to me. I’m excited to finish installing them and ordering more I am going my entire property.
