I had to stop using this as I noticed I was getting constant headaches since I started taking it. The flavour was ok but the texture was horrible, it left a slimey feeling on my teeth.

Find the product works really well, I drink it on a night and in the morning I feel energised and alert. Really helps during these dark nights as it helps me want to go to the gym. Completely full of energy and tastes great.
