Awesome
This is an amazing machine! Definitely a little bigger than I expected but still small and portable, perfect for a camper or apartment. Both the washer and dryer functions are phenomenal. You definitely have to do small loads, I’d recommend probably just doing daily washes of whatever you’re wearing, it only takes 15 minutes to complete one wash cycle and way less to dry (which they dry about 99% in the dryer and just hang up to dry the rest). I’ve had it a month now and only a single real hiccup when I think it short circuited the outlet due to humidity (since the shower was going at the same time) but if you just reset the outlet or move to a different outlet it works again. Overall I only have two “complaints” the tube it comes with to fill with water doesn’t fit standard faucet fixtures so you either have to hold it there so it doesn’t spray water, purchase a separate piece to fit your faucet, or manually fill the bucket but definitely doable and not a big issue. The second being it does rattle a bit when drying, especially when it first starts up and it’s trying to even out the clothes but nothing putting a rug under couldn’t quiet down. I live on the second floor of my complex and the neighbors say they can’t hear it so overall rattling isn’t loud. Truly an amazing purchase and I highly recommend.

Great for full time RV'ers!
So far this has been a great purchase. We live full time in an RV and going to launrdry mats sucks. We wanted to be able to do laundry in the comfort of our RV, but dont have the room for a stackable. We looked at the reviews for this machine and decided to take a chance. We took the advice of others and placed it in our shower on a flat rubber mat. It works out great, because you don't have to worry about splashing water when filling or transferring over to the spinner. Speaking of the spinner, WOW! It works better than any full size machine I've had, which is nice, because not having a dryer means you have to air dry. Now for the reality of what the machine is. It is small and you can't expect to do large loads. The spinner is smaller in size than the wash tub, so you have to separate into small portions when spinning. We are careful not to overload, because we know it's only going to limit the lifespan of the machine. Overall, if you just need a compact washer and are willing to limit the size of your loads, this thing is perfect.

Works well for very small loads
I’ve used this machine for two years and it’s really been worth it to be able to wash a few clothes at a time instead of waiting and lugging large loads down to the apartment building laundry. For me (medium size woman) it’ll hold a couple of pair of pants or 4 t-shirts. (I have done more, but that may be why it is worn out and headed to the garbage now.) It’s the weight that matters, not how much you can stuff into it. It’s easy to use. It does have to sit FLAT and have a lower place to drain. If the input hose doesn’t fit your faucet, go to the hardware store and buy a long faucet sprayer, which is cheap and just screws on.

Great little washer!
Absolutely LOVE this little washer. Had initially purchased the single tub portable version from another brand and after a trying out and seeing horrible wear and tear on TWO different machines, I decided to try a different version before giving up on these. So glad I did because this one is WAY better. Not sure if it's the design of this model or the quality of the brand, but this version is just so much better. For starters, the motor is more powerful, so you get a much better wash/spin dry. It's also quieter and vibrates less. Since I'm not allowed to have a washer in my unit, and the walls are pretty slim, the quieter agitation of clothes swooshing around is really important for me because I dont want my neighbors figuring it out. This model also has a setting for delicates, the other one doesnt. The spin dryer reallllllly does get the clothes super close to dry. I also like that you can run a wash and a spin dry at the same time. I got the 14lbs version, so i can better hide it if needed. Its not that much bigger than the single tub models, but the quality is so much better. If I had more space in my bathroom i would 100% get the biggest version they sell. Also, for anyone who like me isnt allowed to have a machine (even a portable one), and are worried about delivery exposing your purchase, i can confirm that the box itself does not show what is inside. That alone was worth the $29 delivery fee. Theres no photos or text to indicate its a washer. I know that had me super stressed, so hope that bit of info helps someone else.

Would I buy again? No.
I bought this as I'm living in temporary housing that doesn't have hookups for my large set and the Laundromat is aggravating and expensive. It was delivered fully assembled and I put it to work quickly. Is it perfect? No. But I wasn't expecting perfection. First the things I like. It does a very good job of spinning the clothes in that cycle. They come out just a bit wetter than damp. I hang them up to dry and they usually dry overnight, even jeans. It holds a decent amount of clothing for such a compact size. Don't expect to wash a comforter. It ain't happening, folks. But it will wash jeans, a tee, socks and underwear with room to spare. As long as you keep up with daily laundry, you should be fine. But be prepared to take weekly laundry to a bigger machine. It is quiet, unless the spin cycle is unbalanced. I have done laundry past quiet times here and no one has said a word. The machine itself is very light and compact. It takes up very little room and can be moved quite easily. The things I don't like. It developed a leak very quickly. Water drips from the bottom nearly all the time, even when I have drained it with the knob on the panel. I understand that some water is normal but this seems like an issue. I have to put this in my tub to use it and it lives there when the tub isn't in use otherwise because I fear damaging the floors here. I contacted support and was basically told to buzz off. They literally told me to fix it myself. I'm not that handy so I'm using it and the leak is getting worse with every load. Once it completely dies, I won't buy another. I'll go back to the Laundromat. I have also found worn spots on my clothes that I can only guess come from rubbing the agitator in the bottom. Maybe they become hung up there during the wash cycle? I have also had stains appear on clothing that I call shadow stains. They look like diluted bleach stains but I don't use bleach; I'm allergic. Also the longest wash is 15 minutes. I turn it on for at least 2 full washes if clothes aren't highly soiled. If they're a bit stinky (I work in a kitchen that makes several hundred meals a day) it can take several more wash cycles and it isn't worth it. I go to the Laundromat. Lesson learned. It takes about 5 gallon, approximately 8 pounds, of water to fill the machine for the wash cycle. If you drain and refill the washer between multiple washes and you do the fill and empty by hand (or bucket) it gets tiresome fast. You have to add about 40 pounds of water for each cycle so even in a perfect world of one wash and one rinse, in a situation where you have to mechanically fill and empty this by hand, you're looking at some heavy lifting. Draining will usually end up with probably 30 pounds of that water coming out initially and most of the remaining amount during the spin cycle. So let's do the math. 40 pounds to fill, 30 to empty in a one wash, one rinse situation. So double each one of those numbers, one for each cycle. 140 pounds per wash and rinse, at least. If you refill between numerous wash cycles... Yeah. It can take all day to do one load of laundry and break your back. If you can gravity drain, all the better. But it still leaves filling with all that water. In summary, does the machine work? Yes. Does it seem built to last? Absolutely not. Will it work in a pinch for a short time? Probably. Will it wash everything? No. Will it damage your clothes? Maybe. Will you work hard to wash unless you somehow figure out a way to fill and empty without much human intervention? Yes. Is it small? Yes. Is it lightweight? Yes.

Take the time to figure out a method that works for you and you'll love it.
This is my second washer similar to this. I had the first one (from a different brand) for 3.5 years before it had enough abuse from me and one of the motors went. I am absolutely okay with spending $100 every 3-4 years to do laundry in my own home instead of paying to use shared machines. This is totally worth the money. The agitation is powerful enough to get clothes very clean and the spin cycle dries well enough that it doesn't take long for clothes to air dry. Here are some tips that have worked for me to get the most out of these machines: 1) Just assume you'll use it in the tub. I've tried it elsewhere and it's a headache. Containing it to the tub negates water getting anywhere you don't want it to be, issues with draining and filling, etc. 2) Replace your shower head with something that has a hose. It's incredibly easy to do and doesn't take very long. I did it in my rented apartment in 5 minutes. Ideally get one with a magnetic head so it's easy to put up and take down. This is so much better than filling it with buckets or trying to deal with the flimsy fill hose it comes with. 3) To keep the bottom off of the tub floor and reduce noise for the apartment below, I rest it on 2 anti-fatigue mats that I've stacked. Keeps the bottom from getting wet when draining and my neighbors from going insane. 4) I use a pitcher to collect any water coming out of the faucet while I fill with the shower head. I dump the water in there into the beginning of my rinse cycle, next load, or water my plants. Saves water and speeds things up just a little bit. 5) Get a drain strainer to catch lint. I saw another review that mentions putting a hosiery sock over the drain tube, which is also genius. Ultimate, this machine is absolutely worth the money to help your sanity. I definitely recommend it!

AWESOME PRODUCT
I Leave reviews, but this product blew my mind. My washing machine broke and I was washing clothes by hand in my tub and throwing them in my dryer. When I got this, the shipping was so fast. It came 2 days early literally 2 days after I ordered it it was here. Unboxing it was super easy. It was ready to go right out of the box. It was package very well, no damage. There was plenty of Styrofoam inside of the box to keep the a the washing machine safe. I have a bad back and can't lift a lot. And this thing is so lightweight I lifted it right out of the box walked about 15 feet with it in my hands to my kitchen sink. I filled it up. I grabbed some dirty laundry. It held quite a bit, I was extremely surprised. I filled it up with warm water. Put my soap in it and let it go. It agitates very well. I would suggest only putting 1 or 2 pairs of jeans in it at a time. Because jeans get very heavy when they're wet. It washed very well that water was so dirty when the clothes washed. I emptied the water I would say. It is gravity fed. And being so you will have to make sure that your host doesn't have to go up and out. It should lay on the ground or lay low to empty it. Then I filled it up with water one more time I did not spin them out before I rent them. I think I'm gonna try that. But I filled it up and did a recycle and put the clothes to the spin. And it spins them out almost completely dry. It's cutting my dryer time in a 1/2. I don't normally recommend products off of Amazon as you can tell. I do very little product review because I do so much on my TikTok account. That it just, I'm exhausted from doing it all. But you recommend you have got to try this, especially if you're in an apartment or a building that you need to wash your clothes and you Have limited space. Totally a 5 star product.

Impressive but more tedious than going to the laundromat
This portable washing machine is extremely easy to use and will come in handy during the winter months. But this cannot do a full load of laundry at once. Which makes laundry day take a lot more time. You literally have to put clothes to wash little by little and to dry little by little as well. This takes a lot of lifting and ringing of the clothes too. It does get a lot of clothing items almost completely dry but not all of them. Jeans and towels will need to be spun many times and even then nothing gets them dry immediately- I’m not even going to bother with my comforter sets lol. I also noticed some fabrics will get those little lint balls all over them which is really unfortunate for clothing that aren’t pijamas lol. Maneuvering this machine is extremely difficult, but will be needed to drain out the water. I have tried holding it up over my tub and ended up having cuts on my hands. If you’re going to use this I suggest draining the water little by little as you’re spinning the clothes into a medium sized bucket. As soon as everything is out it’s easier to hold up to drain all of the excess water. Do be careful draining into the tub. I actually clogged my drain by ejecting all of the extra water into my bath tub. The most positive thing about this washing machine is that I won’t need to go to the basement and use coins to wash my clothing. I live in Boston so everything is extremely expensive including laundry. So having this will help me save money. But it won’t save me any time. I will feel the most content with this product when I am inevitably snowed in in a few months lol and do not need to go outside to get clean clothes. Using and cleaning up after this machine is a lot of work. I may go downstairs to wash everything one Sunday and then make sure that my clothes hampers never overflow. I have too many clothes to wash them all using this machine.
