MiracoolCOOLING BANDANA - KHAKI- 12 PACK

I had these sent to my son who works in a warehouse with no air. He said they really did not work...at all. Then a week later I find the exact product at Dollar Tree.Boy do I feel bamboozled! Save your money on these. Go to your nearest sporting good store and get Frog Togs!!They are awesome! They get freezing cold and do not leave your skin or clothes wet. P.S. I bought the Dollar Tree product myself to see if maybe my son did not activate the cooling beads or work them into the path along the headband properly.I did and it still only cooled (barely) for about 5 mins plus left my forehead damp. YUCK

We use these bandanas everyday when we go for our 6 miles walk through out late spring and summer.I especially like these ones because the color is discreet and also when immersed in water it doesn't bleed.The fabric is of good quality, tightly woven which means the gel grains don't come to the outside when they expanded in water. (We went through this trouble before with some other brand we've purchased.)We leave them overnight in the fridge.In the morning before we go I put them in a cooler together with cubes of ice.We switch bandanas every 2 miles or so. When it's too hot I wear 2 bandanas at once.

The cool didn't last very long, although it was possible to revive them with cool water. I wouldn't buy them again because the players didn't have a way to revive them.

It's supposed keep you cool for up to days. your lucky if it lasts two hours. I bought two dozen so I could give them to my employees that work outside. It doesn't help with the heat long term.

When I received the pack of bandanas, they didn't look like much, but I have a low tolerance for the heat and thought I would give them a try. I soaked one in cold water for 15 minutes put in on and went outside in the hot sun and 90 degrees to work in the garden. Amazingly I was cooler and was able to work in the full sun for over an hour and was not overheated. I put in the refrigerator for tomorrow!

These bandana's work great while you are baking in the heat of a windless summer, indoors or out. Just soak till they swell, spreading the gel out evenly within the bandana. Re soak to refresh your personal cooling device.

I bought this for a soldier friend who is serving in Afghanistan and he said that they work great. It's a great buy and would be great for a care package.

Went to Orlando in JULY and did the theme park scene for 7 days in 100 degree weather and we were cool. The only drawback was it wet our shirts too.
