They come quick, packaged very nicely, cases are always fully in tact! this is the ABSOLUTE best electrolyte drink, it’s a lifesaver when it comes to drinking, I drink before I go to bed or next morning and I have no hangover. Berry is the best tasting too me!! you can definitely taste it’s salty I just put it in fridge and chug it, literally best drink for rehydration cramps fatigue and so much more

The first time my husband brought a bottle of Biolyte IV in a bottle home to me I was sold! After having a Stem Cell Transplant for Multiple Myeloma @ MUSC in January of 2020, I am prone to get dehydrated. When my mouth gets dry I know it’s time for fluids but man, I would have to drink at least 64oz. of H2o. Now I just pop the top on a 16oz. of IV in a bottle (Biolyte) and I feel like I’ve been to the ER and received a bag of IV D5W fluids! It quenches my thirst immediately. At first it tastes a little salty but the berry flavor kicks in and before you know it the entire bottle is gone. I highly recommend keeping 4-6 bottles in your fridge for runners, child athletes or other emergencies! My husband drinks one immediately after mowing the yard; we live at the beach in SC and it gets H-O-T this time of year! Buy some today! It is a little expensive but totally worth it!

I was skeptical about trying these because I am very picky about electrolyte waters. I usually don’t like the thickness and the salty taste but these surprisingly have a great balance of sweet and salty without being too powerful. They taste a lot like Gatorade but without the sugars. I will absolutely try other flavors and I am excited that I found one I finally really like!!

I love Biolyte! I like that I am keeping my electrolyte level up. I drink two bottles a week, half on Monday and half on Tuesday, then half on Thursday and Friday. My only two problems are that this is expensive. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, but it does help to keep you healthy. My other issue is that I can't open the bottles, and I am fairly strong. I use a pair of plumber's pliers to open the bottles.

The taste I wasn’t to crazy about, it was very salty, but the drink did what it was supposed to! I drank one in the morning, gave me energy almost instantly and hydrated me amazing for a night of drinking! I normally would wake up with a hangover, and I didn’t! Just buy it and just chug it. It worked. And this is a honest review.

Biolyte mixed berry flavor is most preferable of selection and first to sell out. I can only find this product at one retailer and was delighted I could find it available through Amazon at a comparable price to the one retailer’s when on sale. Delivery was quick and the quantity helped avoid additional, sometimes disappointing, runs to local retailer. Light, pleasing flavor for someone who doesn’t like everything in citrus combinations. It is not at sweet drink in the least. Better than water when your body is in need of recovery from illness or night of imbibing, helping to prevent eminent lactic-acid burn from dehydration. I personally use it for a condition which keeps me in constant dehydration. I can add it to pure, natural, unsweetened fruit juices to guarantee I am getting the electrolytes needed, however lacking in nature. You could also use it to enhance nutrients adding it to water instead of a powdered “ade” supplement. Would also help in an iced tea instead of sugar.
