I finally found something that works for me! I have a very difficult gut and have tried so many things over the years and nothing helped with my issues. I am ALWAYS! bloated, constipated, fatigued, and had a disgusting feeling from the waste that sat in my system. I took so many pre&probiotics, enzymes, laxatives, and stool softeners and still wasn't getting rid of all the waste. I gave up on fiber long ago because it didn't really work for me. After taking it not even an hour later I could feel it working. It felt like it was breaking down the left over junk in my gut. I got more relief than all the other stuff I'm taking or maybe it working with it to get the job done. I am so happy and feel so much better my head even feels clearer. FINALLY RELIEF!!! 😃😃😃

There was some initial hesitation about purchasing this particular brand because several of the previous product reviews noted that the tablets were crumbled inside the container upon arrival. One customer included a photo, and it was clear that the tablets had disintegrated before they received the product. Since most ratings were otherwise favorable, I decided to try them. My experience has been very favorable. The tablets are not as firmly compressed as other brands I have purchased, but none of my tablets have disintegrated. As noted by other buyers, the tablets are large, so you should at least want to split them if you have trouble swallowing. I take two tablets with breakfast and two tablets with dinner. That number provides just the right amount of extra fiber for me. If you are "on the fence" about this product, I recommend going forward with your purchase. Amazon has a fairly good return policy, and they would make it right if you somehow get a bad batch. I have not done an exhaustive analysis of oat bran tablets, but I consider this a good value (i.e., quantity versus price). Other brands I have purchased have cost more, but those products were not of better quality. This brand suits my budget, and I intend to order more in the future.

I was a little nervous getting this product since ppl here were complaining that their tablets would be delivered as powder by the time it got to them. From what I can see the tablets have all kept intact. The tablets are pretty big but you can just snap it in half and swallow it fine. Happy to find a fiber supplement were I only have to take once a day. I decided to take this since I take medications that cause me to go frequently, but since I've started taking these supplements I've been much more regular. So very happy.

I gave it 3 stars because I haven’t started taken them yet. I have been using Nutrim that I get on Amazon. The oat bran was cheaper and will last longer. See what happens.

I’ve been looking for an oat bran tablet and finally came across these after almost giving up on it. It is a very good price for a one year supply. So far I am pleased with them and hope they improve my cholesterol.
