I like that you can roll the muscle roller over the sore muscles to help smooth out the knots instead of having to massage them out by hand

The balls don't roll smoothly at all. Given that's the only thing this does, it's not a good product.

Efficient and easy to use... need maybe to roll a bit more easily...

Bought this as opposed to others because of the difference in price... well, you get what you pay for apparently. It arrived before I returned home on Saturday, used it Monday night, and watched it break apart on my leg during its second use Tuesday afternoon. Interior is a PVC like thin plastic tube. Not sturdy by any means. Bite the bullet and pay extra for a quality roller.

It's nots spaced correctly so the rollers don't roll well when applying to your body.

It broke the 2nd time I used it. The center bar is made out of plastic, which is not a good design in my opinion.
