Biona Organic Flax Seed Oil, 250ml

Very good oil, arriving in good time for the 'use by' date. Very nice that this is available in smaller sizes (such as 250ml), for those who may not use so much and wish to avoid waste. I use it mostly raw and unflavoured, but also versatile for many cooking uses. To me, the flavour seems to vary very slightly from bottle to bottle, but when stored correctly, it has never been unpleasant. One order went rancid, which was entirely my fault for not protecting from heat and light, so worth remembering for me and maybe useful for anyone else who does not realise how quickly this can happen. Have, do and will buy this organic oil again from this seller.

Fantastic oil. I use it to cold infuse my grounded black seed aka nigella in for 5+ weeks with a daily shake up of the bottle. I use the same infused oil for my skin and we both take it as the infusion every night from a large tsp. Helps with omega 3’s and a must for your skin and brain too. In combination with skin routines it’s a fantastic oil. It feeds everything positively. In combination with healthy foods etc it’s fantastic too but I never heat it as I want the full works of it. Heat could destroy the benefits. Biona, a very trusted brand for my 80+ mother for years and years abroad, so I will follow her, hopefully. Thank you Seller🌸

I don't think I've ever tried a bad Biona product. Their quality always seems to be good. This oil is no exception. I'm half using it as a food and half as a releasing agent. As an edible oil it is delicious, fresh and apperently healthy due to its Omega 3 content. There is absolutely zero sign of rancidity. On a bread machine pan you only need a tiny, tiny amount, applied a few times and baked on at 230c to form a really good non'stick surface which baked bread falls away from. Saves buying a new pan.

Good product very good for heart and skin. Only reason for four star is bottle broke at the top. The bottles are too heavily weighted at the top and too long in general. Otherwise, it's a good product.

It has a lovely,clean flavour and the quality is v good .Will buy more!
