Best eggs
I have several different types of powdered eggs. These are by far the ones that cook up and taste like real eggs. I plan on buying more.

Tasty!
Good food. Used for DIY backpacking meals like breakfast burritos. Tastes just like an egg. Not weird. No funky smell. Will use again.

Tastes Great But Pricey
These are the best tasting powdered eggs, hands down. They mix easily and cook right up. I love that they do not add anything to the product besides eggs. I only wish that either the price was more affordable, or there were more product in each bag. The bag says that it makes 5 servings, but they are calling 1 egg a serving (2 TBSP). So this bag makes only 5 eggs, for about $10. That's $2 an egg. Most people eat more than 1 egg at a time. So this is a really great product, but it just is too expensive for me to use on a normal basis. I do, however, love to use it for camping or in our emergency Go Bags. In those cases, the small size makes it convenient for travel.

Very expensive for the amount of products you can make
The eggs tasted good however there is such a small amount of egg powder. I donโt think that the cost makes it a very goodbye.

Great backpacking staple!
I LOVE these! I mix them with instant potatoes for a tasty backpacking breakfast. Yes, it's only one bag, but it's pretty clear if you read the description that it's one bag EQUALING 5 eggs. And yeah, it costs more than 5 eggs, but the process to powder them should be considered. Anyway, perfect for MY purposes. And just an FYI, I got these on 5/10/21 and the expiration date was Sept 2023.

Best dried eggs on the market
It would be nice if they were cheaper, but these are the best ones we've had for camping.

Best dehydrated egg Iโve ever had
Most rehydrated eggs are disgusting. The texture can be goopy and borderline inedible. These eggs prepared properly came out excellent. A bit expensive but worth it for backcountry eggs that taste good. Highly recommend!
