Not a bad install. I followed the ifixit video. Go slow and careful. Very small screws. Display looks fine and no errors after install. Thumbs up. Will see how it lasts.

This is a review for the iPhone X HD Retina LCD Display COF. Replaced a bad original screen on my iPhone after a battery replacement caused the screen to have green lines. Replacement screen came in with all the tools. I already had my screen off prior, so I don’t have issues removing the display but highly recommend getting better tools that when is included with this kit. Replacement screen seems to be working fine, but it’s not as great as the original Apple. As noted to other reviews, colors are a little muted and the brightness doesn’t go down as low. Also, True Tone doesn’t work with any replacement screen. I been having issues with lock/unlock (raise to wake) feature. I also cannot lock the phone (screen stay on) if I have that setting turned on in the display/brightness with a mag safe case. Suspect it’s something to do with the screen. Also notice sometimes the screen exhibits weird backlighting flickering when brightness is at the lowest. Also, when a privacy screen was installed, there was pixelation with the screen. It looked not great with my old original screen, this didn’t happen so maybe something with the aftermarket screen it doesn’t play well with. The included clear protector works well otherwise. The adhesive kit also worked well. Tools seems to be okay but I feel they would strip out on heavy duty use All in all not perfect but good enough for an out of support phone for price.

Fits the screen good without any problems

I am a seasoned diy phone screen replacement kinda girl. Apple is too damn expensive to buy a new phone every time the screen breaks. That's why I learned a long time ago, if you want to save money then learn how to fix a damn broken screen. So as you can probably imagine, when I received my package and installed my replacement screen from these guys and it didn't work it left me almost confused. I don't know how else I could describe the look on my face when I went to power up new screen before finishing the install, to wonder why isn't it turning on. I literally have never had a bad screen sent to me. And i'm not perfect, that I know but when you've done this enough times, you know pretty well that they just usually always do work. At least in my experience, this is the first one I've ever bought that the replacement didn't work. And granted I've never purchased from this company before, so I'm gonna assume this is a rare instance for them and am confident they will send me another free of charge to fix this ultra inconvenience of being without a phone for days now. And if not they suck, and my rating will continue to sit here with a big fat low one star .

An iPhone screen module contains not just the display, but also the front camera, physical 'Home" button and earpiece speaker. Some screen kits do not contain all the components, but this one does, which greatly simplifies the replacement: just connect the 4 ribbon cables for the screen. Note that touch-ID won't work unless you swap the original Home button with the one already attached in this kit - I didn't bother. It comes with an unusually good guide, and the tools you need plus a screen protector. If you have replaced an iPhone battery, you will find this simple and quick. Works well so far.

This screen is not cheap. I had it for less than a week and it had several problems, including pink screen, flickering screen, and black screen. This made me feel very stressed when using the phone. However, its display resolution is indeed much better than those that cost ten or twenty dollars.

Tous les outils fournis sont parfaits et utiles, à part le mediator dont les arêtes ne sont pas très fines. Lisez attentivement les explications fournies avant toute chose. Veillez à détacher correctement l'ancien écran, un des connecteurs doit être placé sur le nouvel écran. Les couleurs et la reactivité tactile de l'écran sont impeccables. Le Face ID fonctionne correctement. Excellent produit compte tenu de son prix.

Montato ieri, facile da montare avendo la manualità giusta. All inizio pensavo non funzionasse, il touch non andava! Fatto riavvio forzato con tasto volume su tocco veloce poi tasto volume giù tocco veloce e subito tasto laterale destro premuto fino a quando non si vede simbolo mela sul display. In pratica era andato in blocco il sistema. Per ora va benissimo, bisogna vedere nel tempo cosa succede. Il vetro protettivo in dotazione è eccellente con bordo nero come la cornice del display . Soddisfatto dell acquisto. Buona qualità prezzo.
