Why does the lid always pop up by itself?

The cover was installed in the wrong way. Correct way: grasp the lid by hand and rotate and press it into the tank. Please do not press the lid directly into the can, otherwise the lid will spring back.

Why was the storage jar broken when I received it?

Soft materials such as pearl cotton and foam are used inside the package to protect the product. Due to the uncertainty and uncontrollability of logistics and transport, the product will be accidentally broken or lost.
