This book is amazing. I have been crocheting for about a year now and have just started learning flat items like shawls and blankets. I wanted to do something different than some pattern stitches that I have learned. And well let me just tell you, this book is amazing. It has so many different crochet stitches you can choose from. Every stitch has a pictures to explain how to do the stitch. Plus it has the step by step to do the stitch as well. There is also a layout pattern of the symbols of how to do the pattern too, which myself I am still trying to learn. But in the back of the book it gives you the meanings to each symbol and what it stands for plus all the abbreviations too. This is a handy book for sure when you want to do something more than just a few standard crochet stitches for items. Highly recommend getting this if you are wanting to learn more crochet stitches and if you are into making different things when crocheting (will not working for amigurumi since you need to do SC unless you are wanting to make wings or something that doesn't require stuffing inside it).

This is a great book showing different pattern styles you can use in your crochet projects. It shows pictures of each one, and how to make them. Also gives abbreviation meaning and stitch graph which I don't understand yet but can now learn. This book has more patterns than most others. Great buy price and primes fast delivery.

The book is clear and has great photos. I like the stitch organization. I thinknit would be a bit difficult for a complete beginner. I bought the book because I wanted stitches for Tunisian crochet. The description says it includes Tunisian crochet. It does not. Not a single mention. The fact that is said it included Tunisian is why I purchased the particular book. I think it is a very good reference book. However, description should be corrected.

Okay, in all honesty, I skipped over the early sections straight to the stitches as I know how to hold a hook and choose yarn, etc but the book's so thorough and good I'll probably go back to it at some point. Happily found a lot of new patterns in the stitches which include stitch counts, charts, and step by step photos to help you get started! Yes, on each and every one of the 200 stitch patterns! All in one book! Amazing! Thank you Sarah Hazell for putting this all together in such a complete way, even the patterns using beads and sequins. 🙄 Some say I already have too much yarn, can't imagine adding beads or sequins to the inventory, LOL! Right now it's an elibrary loan (I've learned the hard way about pattern books which turn out to be mostly useless) but this one will definitely be a future purchase, and soon! Excellent instructions in a clear, concise manner; good quality book material. Got it for my sister who is into crocheting, but we missed out on first-hand instructions from our grandma. Great price. Came in time for Xmas... She will love this Xmas present!

J'aime beaucoup ce livre ou j'y pioche des idées de points, il suffit de connaitre les traductions de base en anglais ce n'est pas très compliqué, je recommande.

Das Buch ist sehr gut geschrieben, erklärt alle Stiche mit Abkürzungen und Symbolen. Die bildlichen Schritt-für-Schritt-Beschreibungen sind leicht nachvollziehbar. Das Beste an diesem Buch ist meiner Meinung nach, dass es nicht nur für erfahrene Menschen, sondern auch für Anfänger geeignet ist. Ich liebe dieses Buch und kann es nur empfehlen.

I loved the book design and also the crochet graphics. It's a beautiful and useful book for those who love to crochet. Some very exclusive stichtes but some very common too. It worths the price.
