Delicious candy that everyone seems to enjoy. I put out a bowl whenever folks are having fun. . First opps. Despite a request re delivery, it ended up in the rain on the ground beside the street. Rescue effected. Box protective of patties.

What a great size! I have a family that loves these and it's harder and harder to find even the small bags of York Peppermint Patties in my town.

Obviously, I love York Peppermint Patties or I wouldn't have ordered a gigantic box of them. I not only enjoy the taste, but I love that they're so low in fat. I've been able to break my ridiculous chocolate addiction by eating ONLY this candy, and limiting myself to one serving (3 patties) in a single day, instead of eating half a bag of peanut butter cups, snack size candy bars, or kisses, in a single day. Yes. My addiction was bad! I was sick a couple of months ago, causing me to lose about ten pounds. Knowing that I was determined to keep the weight off, and lose more, my daughter suggested I try York Patties after I got well. So glad she did. I've not only kept the weight off, but have lost a little more as a bonus. I'm certainly not suggesting these as a diet plan, but if you have trouble saying "no" to your favorite chocolate candy, you might give these a try. They're rich and tasty enough that I don't want to eat more than one or two. OK, sometimes I get crazy and eat three. These arrived in great condition, and the few that I've eaten so far have been fresh and delicious. The "buy before" date is Jan. 2014, so even if it takes me over a year to get through this stash, I expect they'll still be yummy.The price I paid with this seller was the best I found anywhere, so that was a nice perk! Warning: This is a huge box full of candy! It's approx. 12" tall x 5.5" x 5.5" and weighs 5lb 4oz. So if you're not sure that you like these, I suggest you grab a smaller bag at the grocery store and taste them before you buy this size. This could well be a lifetime supply for some people. Not for me, but for some. ;-)

I've been buying these at Costco for years, but they've been out of stock for months, so I ordered from Amazon. The big change to the box in the product photo is the word "BIGGER." The package shipped to me doesn't say "BIGGER" like the product photo, but it doesn't matter. The old box and the new box both contain 175 count and weigh 84 ounces., so if they are "bigger" it doesn't matter. These taste differently from the Costco ones. They are less minty and more fudgy. My wife likes them, so that's all that matters. Oh, and they weren't melted.
