Viper Elite 58" 2-Piece Billiard/Pool Cue

Loving it! Initially skeptical at some of the reviews that received warped or bad ones, but knowing the majority liked their's and that this is one of the few designs I liked, I took the risk being open to exchanging up to two times if it came down to it - Luckily I got a perfect item first time without any hassle. Looks great, feels great, and stands out in a room at any place as their basic selections wear more and more by the day. This feels balanced, solid, and plays 100%... Your confidence of shots and playability interest are very high with this in possession. First time out doing a few solo games with a friend and a couple fun 2v2's, was a success and garnered many compliments.Was going to get the Viper Diamond Blue cue stick but it was sadly out of stock for a couple months, so I went with this Elite in black. Overall great choice and once the Viper Diamond Blue is back in stock for my primary, this Elite will be the cue stick for guests/friends with me whom will be stoked to use a nicer one themselves each time!

I ordered tge Azure Blue cue. But I got Dark Blue cue. The Azure Blue has a greenish tint to it. Overall, I love the Dark Blue. Make sure you get a tip shaper, or buy some sandpaper to shape your tip. I also love the weight of the 21oz cue stick. I always used heavy sticks. I haven't used it yet, but I will be soon.

Well the first week I had the stick the tip part started making a sound like it was broken but I never located the the problem

I'm a novice pool player so I have no experience with high quality cues, but I've played with a bunch of the cues at my local pool hall and this is so much better. The wrap is very tight and well done; it has a very nice feel to it and it's quite absorbent, giving my sweaty hand a nice firm grip. The shaft of the cue is super smooth and unlaquered on the top half so it's never "sticky". The two halves screw together firmly and easily with no sign of wobble and no bend. I'm sure there are better cues on the market, at much higher prices. This is a fantastic first cue and I would buy it again without a moments hesitation.

The varnish on the shaft is weak. It only covers the butt part of the shaft. No varnish where your bridge / finger slide on the shaft. The shaft will get rough very quick due to the lack of varnish on the entire shaft. I want a replacement shaft ASAP!!

This cue is not the top of the line but it is a joy to play with. Smooth shaft and just the right weight for me. Would recommend to anyone wanting a decent stick for not a lot of money

Cue is decent and looks great for the price. Arrived and cue was straight and not warped. No issues with tip. Used it over the weekend for several hours and played fine. The biggest issue I have is that I ordered a 19oz cue. The sticker on the cue I received said 19oz but when I peeled the sticker off there was a second sticker displaying 21oz underneath. So is it a 19oz, 20oz, or a different weight? It didn't feel like a 19oz so I'm guessing its on the heavier end. I would buy again but I'm afraid of getting the wrong weight disguised by incorrect stickers being placed.

Got it for my son who has been playing for about a year he loves it! I used it the other day and did a break and run! I am pretty impressed. The tip did loosen up but I glued it back on and it’s working great! I would highly recommend!

I bought the Viper Elite 58" 2-Piece Billiard/Pool Cue back in April. Nice cue for the money. Recently discovered a small warp near the tip and noticed it was guaranteed for a year so I sent them an email accordingly. Within two days they had correspondent with me and shipped out a replacement shaft. I am very impressed by their excellent customer service. No excuses, just sent them my receipt and they sent the replacement. Very nice to deal with a reputable company like GLD Games!

The Product is good and Genuine. The only problem is shipping in the case which they send tears the cover since the cue stick comes without screw caps. The tip of the stick is something which is not good which you would need to replace.
