Really neat training aid I has helped me to keep my arms in check I'm not the biggest fan of the orange color, no one really cares but I do feel a bit weird pulling this out at a public range but thats not a real issue just feels kinda loud. Realistically if you want this one get it but a regular resistance band will do the same thing or a towel in the non-leading hand

This is a great training tool if and ONLY if you can pay attention to what your body is doing while you’re golfing. For me, this helped immensely in getting that muscle memory into my brain. I used it on the range for 2 buckets before 18 the next day. Also used it a few times for practice swings on the course when I could feel I was pulling away. Highly recommend.

Excellent for Golf Connection. Nice design and quality. Teaches a golfer the correct muscle memory for keeping the arms together t/o the swing for best accuracy and power. Use this for a week and your game will improve.

I will say this product works to keep the arms connected. Having said that. I tried this device and also the ball method where you place a ball between your arms and try to hold it in place through the swing. In my opinion the ball method is preferable. This is locking your arms together so you dont really have a choice. I dont feel it teaches the same muscle memory as holding the ball. Also you wont to be able to separate your arms in your follow through and this limits that. The ball you can release after impact. Its a decent product. Its good quality and everything but I think the ball is preferable.

A little to stretchy to main your arm lock position to not slice your driver. Does help at the start of your golf game
