Authentic take-away/restaurant quality
I’m British born Chinese with a background of take away and restaurants in the family - been eating Peking duck pretty much all my life. Was bowled away at the quality of this at the price. It’s probably cheaper than your take away (even after adding on cucumber and spring onion) and better quality than store-own versions. Can’t go wrong with Gressingham ducks, but the pancakes were nice and thick and you get 10! 40mins in the oven and then 30secs for the pancakes on the microwave.

I looooove this duck, always tastes nice and through the cooking instructions, leaves some good meaty portions and a good amount of crispy bits.

Nothing like Chinese restaurant duck, very disappointing

Dry and miserable.
Normally purchase M&S pekind duck but injury forced me online. Positives - plenty of hoisin sauce. Negatives - dry. The bottom the duck which sat in the baking tray, had a very strange texture to it. Followed the instructions (roasted duck / game for years) and I wasn’t impressed and won’t repurchase.
