Best product 👌 One problem i face it doesn't connect with zeb home app. It connect easily with smart life app.

Sometimes it goes not responding like once every 3 months, remedy is to restart the switch. I would like to buy this product for many appliances if the cost goes a bit down ~Rs.300

I have set it up to remotely activate an alarm. Nice plus in this product is that it provides an app alert if power goes down. It is perfect for monitoring security situations.

The product itself is good and works as expected. No complaints about the quality. However, the delivery experience was very poor. The order was placed on 16th January 2026, but the product was delivered only on 27th January after a lot of struggle. On the first delivery day, the status was updated as “payment not ready”, which is completely incorrect. No delivery attempt was made and I did not receive any call from the delivery associate. I had to call customer support multiple times, and the delivery was kept on hold without proper explanation. Only after repeated follow-ups was the item finally delivered. 👉 Product: Good 👉 Delivery service: Very disappointing

This is very good. easy to setup.

The plug is good. The build quality feels good enough for daily use and it is perfect for normal size plugs as well. I was able to pair it using the Wipro app as well since I am using the same for my other plugs. Looks like all these devices have been sourced from the same manufacturer. However the big disappointing thing is that it doesn't have energy monitoring feature which is a big letdown for me and is a must have for a smart plug. It should have been added considering the device isn't cheap.
