This stuff actually works. Now, as you already know from the description, this stuff is nasty. In fact...it's next level nasty. It's not just nasty...it's incredibly extremely very nasty. I promise that it's a kind of nasty that you've never experienced before. It literally smells like urine, but tastes like finely ground up plastic. It has a very industrial taste about it - like something that is not meant for consumption. So, what I do is stir two servings in a shot glass of water (one serving does absolutely nothing for me) and then quickly chase it down with club soda. I used to have a cup of coffee in the afternoon to give me that lift that I need, but the problem with caffeine is that it sometimes gives me insomnia. This stuff gives me that lift that I need - it gives me energy and focus...and the best part is that when it wears off I actually feel tired (instead of all wired up from caffeine) and fall asleep quickly.

I've ordered a handful of different brands of PEA 500mg capsules over the last 6 years, such as Serious Nutrition Solutions and Cognitive Compounds (400mg). This powder is about as potent as the 400mg Cognitive Compounds capsules. The crystalline powder tastes and looks exactly the same. One 400mg capsule for me is like a microdose (slightly higher than two of the the 125mg suggested servings of this FitPowders product). Six scoops of this product (approx. 750mg) is a strong dose that I can feel and don't want to go past, however I don't suggest this dose for less experienced stimulant users. Try it just a little at a time. But it does work, it isn't placebo. I can't believe people complain about the taste, I mean first of all you can just stir it into some powerade and the taste is undetectable. I actually love it. The bitterness is part of the rush. So as an experienced stimulant user I can say that this chemical is surely effective, but be sure to only dose gradually to determine your tolerance. Keep in mind any other supplements or medications you're taking that could cause a negative interference.

It does help clear "brain fog," but due to the short half-life of PEA, it needs too be taken 3 or 4 times a day, spaced accordingly. A convenient tiny measuring spoon is included--a dose is only a small amount, so it lasts a good while.

It comes with a scoop but you'd probably want to use a digital scale. The recommended dose is 250mg. It didn't to much for me until I upped the dosage to 750mg, but even then I cannot say whether it gave me some pep or if it was placebo effect. This might work well for someone who is... let's say "less experienced". I don't plan on using the remaining powder. It smells like honey, but don't get your hopes up about the flavor. It tastes very bitter, and I mean it is ACRID tasting. TL;DR: your mileage may vary.

Know that this is a pretty acidic compound especially in its hydrochloride form, so it can and will likely cause heartburn, at least it did for me. The powder is easy to encapsulate into gel caps. I found it mildly psychoactive even at high doses and provides a marginally perceptible level of stimulation for about half an hour before tapering off. The bag is pretty big and will last you a while if used frequently. Ingredients are as stated and it is a high quality powder.

I had high hopes for this stuff. I have experience with legal stimulants, and I didn't feel any stimulant effects at all. What I did feel, after taking as the instructions suggested, was nauseous. It tasted amazingly bad. I saw someone saying that it's a chocolate (and something else), taste. All I tasted was a bitter, sour, chemical taste. Horrible. About 10 minutes after taking it I noticed that I was feeling a little bit nauseous. About 5 minutes later I felt VERY nauseous. About five minutes after that I started to projectile vomit. I didn't have time to get anywhere near the bathroom, so I vomited a nasty path from my kitchen to the bathroom. After vomiting for about 10 minutes non-stop, I thought I'd be ok because my stomach was empty. But no. For the next 2 hours, I dry heaved continuously. (The next day it felt like my abdominal muscles had been run over by a big truck, I could barely even cough.) I'm a paramedic, so I rarely think about going to the ER, but I finally decided that it felt like I'd been poisoned in some way, so I had to go. Fortunately, by the time I cleaned up and got ready to leave, the dry heaves stopped. Unfortunately, the nausea didn't, and I couldn't eat anything for the next two days without vomiting. I keep hearing about how safe this product is, but it was very dangerous for me. That, combined with the fact that I felt no positive effect at all, makes me suggest that you avoid this product if you can. It's just not worth the risk of being dangerously sick for 2 1/2 days. If you find that a stimulant makes you feel clear headed, calm, awake, then its really better to talk to your doc about Adderall or some other safe alternative.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This item is not dangerous despite it being a powder. Its a salty chocolate extract. Its effects will relax you in a way thats not narcotic or addictive. Youll feel light and resistant to envirmomental impacts that cause irrritation. You can put 1 scoop in half a bottle of water of usual bottled water sizes 16.9floz. Its neptune water lol
