Just got it and there is what looks like old caked on dust and grime where the handle is almost as if someone tried to clean it but did a 1/2 ass job and after turning it on it intermittently makes a whining high pitched noise, I will try and actually use it but initial impressions are that it has internal damage and will need to be returned or replaced
