High back office chair

Excellent quality and design, very well packaged and the delivery was fast.

This seems to be a comfortable sturdy chair and decent buy for the money charged. Not too bad to assemble, they pretty much all put together the same way. Took maybe 25 minutes.

This chair might be comfortable for someone bigger and taller, but my husband does not like it either. The chair has not held together as much as I would of liked. Several slits and cuts into the chair.

For being a basic chair with limited features, it has been reasonably comfortable. I'm at about 160 lbs so it is padded quite sufficiently for me and so far has remained in good functioning condition for a little over 10 months.

My advice, get some one to help you if you an older person. Other than that, this chair is comfortable and works as expected

I like the quality and looks of this chair. I also like the lumbar feature.

the chair arrived damaged with a cut in the 'backs' leather. Oddly, there is no corresponding cut in the box, or the bag that the back was packed in. This pretty much tells me the back was damaged at the factory before it was shipped. I might have scored this chair with 5 stars if not for that.To resolve this damage, Amazon would require me to disassemble the chair, do the impossible by putting the Genie back in the box, then drive to the UPS store to ship it back. I'd rather have a replacement 'back' sent to me. Is that too much to ask? Seems to me this would be a cheaper way to resolve the problem. With only 12 screws to install, the chair is easy enough to assemble, though two people are required to install the back. The arm rests are a little high for my taste, however the chair does seem to be pretty comfortable.

Buy this chair! I almost never make a review so soon after purchase, but, I am so happy with this purchase that I am doing it after assembly.Pros: excellent support and comfort, perfect adjustability, almost perfect build quality.Cons: instructions are lacking towards the end. If you’re not accustomed to self-assemble furniture, the tip here is to not screw in the screws completely from armrests into chair. I first did the armrest to the back on each side, then armrest to seat. Always keeping the screw in the center of its hole, and moving from one screw to another with a few small turns to each. I did both armrests to back loosely, then both armrests to seat loosely. It worked perfectly. The back of mine is a little off to one side by one-sixteenth of an inch on the bottom. If there are any updates, I’ll come back and add them.

Unlike *gaming* chairs this seat is actually comfortable.
