They take care of you. I would highly recommend the product but even more I’d recommend the seller.

Really nice ukulele - great quality.....BUT it is MUCH darker than what is in the picture - it's beautiful still, but one of the reasons I purchased this one is that we are using it as a guestbook for my daughter's Maui wedding and wanted to have guests sign with black Sharpies. This is sooooo much darker that there is no way black sharpie would even show up on it. We will now have to use white paint markers and these have a high chance of smearing because it will have to be a wet, white ink, rather than a typical fast drying sharpie. Didn't want to give it a low rating just because of that, because it is a beautiful piece.

This is such a great little uke. It’s really nice looking and sounds great. I choose the one with the etching of the Hawaiian Islands, since that is where I was born. The Aquila strings have a rich sound, and the action is such that the uke is easy to play. Great quality for a great price.

Amazing absolutely love it. The frets came dirty which was a bit disappointing but I was replacing the strings anyways so i polished the mahogany with some Old English and treated the fret board with basic conditioner. Plays like a dream now.

Very beautiful instrument. Bought it for my sister as a present, and she really likes it. Perfect for beginners. Good sound and build... overall very good quality for the price.

The ukulele itself is very nice just know that the Hawaiian islands do not show up as pictured. They are the same color as the uke. This is frustrating as I paid a lot extra for them.

What a difference a few dollars can make. I upgraded to this ukulele having bought a cheaper model and finding it would not hold the key for more than one playing. This ukulele, once tuned is good for the hourly class I am taking, no problems and the sound is quite rich compared to the less expensive model. Very please (and it's an attractive instrument with the decoration (Hawain Islands) on the front.
