Nice but after 1 month it was wasn't sharp again so I had to buy a knife sharpener to sharpen it before it became normal.

Great Balance and weight with a real sharp blade

Quality of knife seems stable and strong, seems like a well weighted knife. However, unfortunately this knife comes with little to no edge therefore it is very difficult for a new chef or home cook who doesn’t have the knowledge to sharpen their knife. Therefore this is not the best knife off the bat. Once sharpened with both a steel and wetstone the blade does not stay sharp for long. Decent house knife for home cooks but not the best for a kitchen environment when being used constantly.

No really dislikes, I purchased this with a knife sharpener and have realised that it needs sharpening more often than I would have thought. Most of the time I use the knife for cutting veg and it works very well.
