First of all, the shipping was lightning fast. I placed my order and had the projector in hand way sooner than expected, which was a huge relief with my event coming up. The product itself is incredible. The projection is crisp, bright, and super professional-looking. I was honestly shocked at the quality for the price, it looks like something you'd rent from a high-end event company. It was easy to set up, and the final effect exceeded my expectations. I will say you definitely can only see if the projection well at night though. What really stood out though was the communication from the seller. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that I was happy with the purchase. You don’t get that kind of customer service often, especially with electronics. My original shipment of my custom lens was held up by the shipping company and they immediately notified me, made new lens and shipped them faster so they would get to me by my deadline and they did meet the deadline with 4 days to spare. Amazing!!! If you're considering this gobo projector, don’t hesitate. Between the quality, the fast shipping, and the amazing support, this is hands-down one of the best Amazon purchases I’ve made. Would give more stars if I could! In the photo of the house with the image projected on the peak, I was literally standing next to gobo machine. That’s how amazing this tiny little machine is.

Worked as advertized! The projection looked bright and crisp on the surfaces. The colors on our logos were perfect. The team at YKGOBO were helpful and accomodating. They responded to all of my questions quickly.

Arrived on time and extremely helpful service and turn around! This is my first time ordering anything like this so I was a bit nervous but they helped me through each step of the way and answered all my questions.

This is a great gobo light. The detail and the ability to focus made it perfect. Also the customer service is amazing. I accidentally cracked mine trying to force it without removing the screws and the company sent me a replacement. The gobo glass reads like it takes a long time but I got both my initial and my replacement in less then two weeks. Buy it here 1st!!!

Works wonderfull

The GOBO Team has been incredible to work with so far! They have been quick to respond and we received our order SO fast! I purchased this Gobo projector for our upcoming wedding as we got quoted a crazy amount to have this light with our names handled by a “professional” so I decided to take things into my own hands and give it a try. I wrote an email as instructed to their customer service team requesting the design we wanted. They were very quick and responsive. I received the custom lens for the Gobo in about a week or so, however most likely during the shipment someone didn’t handle it with care (not sellers fault) as it had a little crack in the lens when it arrived. I reached out to customer support again and let them know what had happened. They arranged for a no cost immediate shipment of another lens which I received a few days ago and looks stunning as you can see from the pictures. It is bright and sharp - this is everything we wanted and more. I recommend this product and their amazing customer support team!

Solid gobo light with a beautiful gobo that is very crisp and clear. Great seller communication. The brightness is perfect in a darker space, but is a bit faded in a bright room when mounted 12' away.
