Beautiful hair color
Have been using this for quite sometime. Easy to use and the color is really nice like what you see on the box. It makes my hair looks like my natural color and my friends didn't know I had color my hair. It is much cheaper than visiting a salon every 2 to 3 months.

Nice
I have tried many colors, but this ash brown seems to be the most suitable for Japanese hair color. I keep coming back because it dyes quickly and the color lasts well. The damage to the hair is questionable, but not bad.

Very good gray coverage
This is a nice hair color with very good coverage. Was using Herbishh, but it just wasn't covering anymore.

Huge color variation within the same number series! Be careful when ordering!
I’ve been using the #4 color for years. My new order came as a big surprise – look at the photos and see how much darker the new color is compared to my previous color (lower right)? Without any warning they have split this number into three sub numbers with very big color variation! And they don’t allow unopened package to be returned for exchange! Very unexpected and very unreasonable!
