Get ready for headaches. *by M***I on Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2018* The light works, the gateway works with Lightify software. With Amazon Alexa it works more or less. Sometimes it takes 2 tries to get it to work but works well enough. The big problem is I have 30 devices of which 11 are Device 01, and 2 Device 6 and 7. When I switched routers and reset my gateway I lost my old config and not even the Lightify Lights are showing up as Lightify. Out of 5 A19 TW 60 only 4 show up on my list as that label. Out of 4 Par W only 1 shows up as one of those. Only one wall plug shows up, the other happens to be the sixth Device 01. The rest is Device 1-12 with many Device 01s, two 6s, two 7s. To make life more frustrating you can't rename you lights to something logical like Master Bedroom 01-03.Pretty much the ONLY reason I'm sticking with it is the dynamic lights for Osram lights. If it wasn't for that I'd go with a different gateway. I expect revised software to address this issue but in the here and now I'd only suggest this gateway for users expecting around 12 lights or less. ### ⭐⭐ Not worth the hassle *by T***Y on Reviewed in the United States on October 15, 2017* The osram lightify product line is a bit of a pain. The product I received was 'like new'instead of new. Someone had previously purchased this, decided they didn't like it and returned it. Most the time this isn't a problem, but osram locks the hub to an account when registered. You have to contact osram to have it unlocked. Osram keeps bankers hours and is difficult to get a hold of. I am returning the item and spending $50 more on a Samsung smartthings hub which has more acceptance and recommendations from the home automation community. ### ⭐⭐⭐ They work ok.
