Delicious sugar free chocolate chips! I used them to make chocolate ganache! They were wonderful! Melted perfectly & mixed well with my other ingredients! I also used them to sprinkle & decorate a chocolate cake. They have a dark chocolate flavor! Nice quality! The texture was perfect! They’re standard chocolate chip size!

These are the best sugar-free chocolate chips on the market. Way better than Lilys. There is richness to each chocolate chip that you wouldn’t find often.

These taste okay at room temp or cold but when you melt them they have a strange aftertaste and mouthfeel. But hey, I can deal with it if it means no added sugar.

Taste is excellent, also great melting texture. I use these to make sugar free candy and melts great over double boiler.

These are great for all us diabetics that bake. So handy to have in the pantry. Wether it’s to add to a oatmeal cookie recipe or break up and add to your next batch of homemade ice cream, temper them and put nuts in to make my diabetic candy so when you have that sweet tooth screaming in your ear it’s quick and easy they keep for a long time. Melt and throw in the nut of your choice cool put in an old cookie tin and you’re all set. The milk chocolate sugar free chips are good as well.

I really enjoy these chips as an addition to my home brewed trail mix. I echo the reviews mentioning the lack of a bitter after taste. For my palate, these are actually superior in flavour than many of the lower quality sugared varieties.
