I'm 5'1 and these work great! Only downside is you can only wear them with hightops or else your heel will fall out.

They work but not comfy to use max height
Im 5’2 and slipped these in my combat boots so i could get a few more inches at concerts at shows to see better, they work but are impractical if ur thinking about using allll the height inserts at once. Ur shoes just arent made to accommodate for the space they take unless u start buying a size or two up in shoes. They arent uncomfortable but they also arent comfy, it feels like wearing wedges. Would definitely buy it again though cause now i can reach the top shelf.

I love these my husband is much taller than me now I’m so happy and he said they feel comfortable and he’s excited as well

If you have a wide foot, these lifs are not for you. The red support popped out after a few days use and I constantly has to replace it. My ankle started hurting after a few days uses due to the red support loosing it's firmness. I cannot suggest this particular item.
