Ran this sucker all day long cutting off old rusty parts from the underside of my truck. She didn't even feel like she was overheating at all. Impressive considering the price point. The only complaint I can think of is the holder for the chuck broke off the first time i took the chuck in and out of the handle. No big deal, nothing a small piece of duct tape won't fix, but it is definitely a design the manufacturer needs to rethink a bit. You can easily take off the safety guard if need be, although I advise caution: this little puppy is strong enough that if it gets caught it will jerk itself right out of your hands if you aren't ready. I think this thing is probably going to be the last one I ever have to buy, assuming it doesn't get stolen by the neighborhood crackheads, and assuming I don't forget to put it away and back the truck over it one of these days. If you're looking for a good corded grinder thats going to do the job for you and last a while, i think this one is the answer.
