KeySmart NanoScissors - Mini Portable Foldable Keychain Scissors

Here we have an excellent pair of spring-loaded stainless steel scissors in their own fold-out steel sheath. Designed to compliment the versatility of a KeySmart Pro - and obviously bring that whole assembly closer to the usefulness of a Victorinox Swiss Army Knife. As scissors, though small, the fold-out feature makes these more useful than many other multi-tool scissors. Unfortunately, this entire collection of otherwise useful accessories has been blighted by the failure of a primary component - see (negative) KeySmart Pro review elsewhere in this series...

The scissors look nice and fit well in the key smart. Seem reasonably well made but are small and useful for only lightweight tasks eg snipping thread, cutting off labels.

A great idea for those of us who have a keysmart. I would recommend it. Even at the current rather strong price. However if you are used to victorinox reliably you might be a touch disappointed. A worthy tool that’s always in your pocket and is just good enough to cut it!

I had high hopes for this product but the spring broke off on the 3rd use. Even before they broke, they weren't very good scissors anyways. Trying to cut paracord was hopeless. I'm probably going to take this opportunity to try and repair/upgrade the broken scissors mechanism with a donor victorinox 58mm scissors since they are almost identical dimensions

Useful addition to my keyring.

I bought these to put on my keys as I have arthritis on all my joints so can make it difficult to open things like sauce packets and other plastic wrapped things. I bought 2 of these one for myself and for an elderly family friend who has similar issues to myself. I must have only used mine a handful of times before they broke, with the inner bits coming away from each other. Very disappointed as I have had several other of their items and the quality has been good.

These are very hard to open and the spring arm that helps it have the tension to cut is flimsy and can unaline very easily

Aun no he agregado este accesorio a mi llavero keysmart, aun lo tengo en su empaque, pero pues se ve de buena calidad, habría que ver que tal el muey que trae, ya les contare más adelante. Ya he agregado las tijeras a mi keysmart, son funcionales y están bien afiladas, pero son pequeñas, no puedes cortar cosas muy gruesas pues por el mismo tamaño no te permite hacer suficiente fuerza. Los pros que le veo es que no ocupa mucho espacio en el llavero, poco menos del grosor de dos llaves que funciona muy bien el mecanismo de apertura que tiene, tal vez no son algo insdispensable, pero sin duda te ayudara con abrir algún empaque complicado y encontrarás más usos en el día con día

It broke with the only few times of using just trying to cut a string, and I bought two of them. Not smart at all.

Da ich oft fliege und mir schon mehrere Taschenmesser konfisziert wurden, wollte ich eine kleine Klappschere für unterwegs. Diese hier ist wirklich sehr flach und klein, passt super an den Schlüsselanhänger. Allerdings schneidet sie nicht besonders gut. Um unterwegs mal ein etikett oder band abzuschneiden reicht es, aber für filigranere arbeiten taugt sie nicht. Habe versucht eine Naht damit aufzutrennen, und an der Spitze schneidet die schere gar nicht, die klingen berühren sich vorne noch nicht einmal. Ich bin trotzdem zufrieden, auch wenn die Qualität gerne besser sein könnte.
