Italian-made Marcato Regina Wellness Pasta maker makes five of the most popular types of pasta, Rigatoni, Bucatini, Large Macaroni, Small Macaroni and Fusilli in any length you desire with the easy-to-operate, Just attach the die conveniently labeled with the type of pasta you wish to make, feed kneaded dough into the opening on top of the machine while turning the crank, then use the attached slicer to cut pasta to desired length. Pasta will harden and be ready for cooking after about an hour of sitting on a dry cloth. **Q: Has anyone tried making home-made Shirataki noodles with this extruder? Does it work?**
A: Not a chance. It will break right away. This extruder only works with pretty soft dough made with. And that makes it hard to make any long noodles with it, because they really want to stick to each other when you make them. So I only use it to make rigatoni or macaroni; that works pretty well.

**Q: If my locking clamp is missing, would the clamp from the Marcato Atlas 150 machine work with this?**
A: I'm sorry took me awhile to get them out.  Yes they are exact matches.  I hope this will help you.

**Q: Can you use a semolina and water dough (no eggs) with this machine?**
A: Yes! My mixture is 2/3rds semolina (4oz) to 1/3rd (2oz) 00 white flour and a 2.4 ratio (2 1/2oz) of water. The ratio is important because the dough for extruded pasta must be very dry in order for it to pass through the die plates without sticking together. I use the paddle attachment on my Kitchenaid mixer (not the dough hook). The dough should come out dry and crumbly breaking down into little pieces (not a smooth elastic ball of dough). I find this works best for me. Love the machine BTW. Good luck!

**Q: Is the newer Regina, with attached pasta cutter shipped, or the older version pictured above?**
A: I just received this today, and it does have the cutter.

Ürün güzel paketlenmiş 2-3 gün içerisinde geldi eksiksiz bir şekilde gönderen ve getiren firmaya teşekkürler. Kullanımı kolay ama gerçekten sert bir hamur yapmak gerekiyor. Buzdolabında söylendiği şekilde hamuru yarım saat bekletmek faydalı oldu kesme sırasında yamulup şekli bozuluyor yumuşaksa hamur. Tek sorun mutfak tezgahına bağlanamaması masaya bağlamak gerekiyor. Masanın üçgen kısmına oturtmak gerekiyor yoksa kolu döndürmek mümkün değil o nedenle mutfakta masanız yoksa benim gibi salonda kullanmak zorunda kalacaksınız. Direk makineden makarna çıktığı için ortalığı batırma gibi sorun olmadı. Onun dışında temizliği çok kolay söylendiği gibi bir kenarda kurumaya bıraktığınızda kolayca hamurlar üzerinden dökülüyor.
