This stuffs pretty good. I'd say this one's probably the last of the good ones from the old days. About a few minutes literally, you can feel the buzz. Last all day (not as intense obviously) and allows you to sleep well at night. Can drink coffee about 3 to 4 hours after when I workout in the early mornings then go to work.

Jungle Juice was a delicious flavor for me, as many brands come in just a basic fruit punch/blue raspberry flavor. It reminds me a little of Tang with other flavors mixed in. My experience with pre workout began with lemon-lime jack3d original formula (IYKYK) and while nothing has surpassed that - this is a decent pre workout especially for people who have used high-stim preworkout before. Highly recommend for your heaviest lifting days. Friendly advice for anyone NEW to using pre workout: - Follow recommended use - HALF a scoop your first few times to see how you feel and how your body reacts to it before doing a full scoop. - Be aware that with a high-stim preworkout like this you are going to experience elevated heart rate as you are ingesting high amounts of caffeine and other stimulants. High caffeine is known to make some have the urge to use the bathroom. - I typically use this on a day I plan to LIFT heavy. I wouldn't use/recommend this for cardio. Don't take a full scoop and go sprinting on a treadmill and then wonder why you are light headed, dizzy and feeling like you are going to have a heart attack. - Be safe. Don't use this every day especially if you are new to preworkout. Try exercising without supplements and understand how your body feels naturally before using supplements. These aren't magical miracle fitness drinks, they are optional supplements to the hard work you put in.

Pretty good pre-workout for the price, gives a pretty big caffeine boost with everything working together, so it gets me more motivated to get to the gym.

TAKE HALF A SCOOP FIRST. DONT BE AN IDIOT. I have a high caffeine tolerance and have tried many preworouts including the original jack3d. Due to the fact that I abuse caffeine from coffee, preworouts, caffeine pills, energy drinks, I thought I'd respond well to the preworout and even wondered if I'd even feel it. Well I did. This made my central nervous system redline. NOT IN A GOOD WAY. while I had energy I was unable to focus on my workout since I was just focusing on trying to control the side effects. I experienced elevated heart rate, cold sweats, deep breathing even while resting In Between sets dizzy spells (was doing heavy leg day, could have just been that but it felt like it took longer to recover from due to my heavy breathing lack of oxygen intake) this isn't just caffeine but some increbly strong stimulants. Don't be an idiot like me. Just start with half a scoop. You will feel it unless you abuse not only caffeine but heavy duty stimulants.

HOLY CRAP. As someone who’s tried Ryze Godzilla, motherbucker, etc. This is top of the line for those individuals who want a strong preworkout, strong is an understatement. I literally feel like I’m dying, taking this with a Nitric oxide supplement will have your pumps looking the best they ever will look without enhancing drugs. I strongly don’t recommend this if you’re a beginner.

This pre workout is terrible it doesn't do what advertised at all i almost threw up my workout was terrible i felt i was gonna collapse. I would give it a negative rating if i can. Didn't even give me energy. Ruined my whole day.

Eh. Was super jazzed about this based on Eric Bugenhagen and decided to spend more on it than I'd typically ever spend on pre-workout. The idea of bright green pre-workout bringing me back to epic memories of jungle juice infused parties in college made the extra $$ worth it. Unfortunately, it's not anywhere near the flavor I was hoping for and pretty disappointed overall. Somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. It tastes fine, even slightly towards good, but not anywhere near the flavor of jungle juice that we made years ago! Wish I could return and put the $$$ towards something else.
