Why does my selphy printer say “Ink Cartridge is Empty or Not Compatible"?

1. Rotate the ink roller to tighten the ribbon before installation. 2. Better to download "Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY" APP to print. 3. Choose the correct size 4 x 6 inches.

What can I do to prevent photo paper from jamming?

1. Please check the paper tray before printing, which holds up to 18 sheets of photo paper (one pack). 2. If the cartridge ribbon is loose, rotate the ink roller to tighten it to avoid jamming.

How to avoid the issue of ribbon not matching the photo paper?

Installing and removing ink cartridges when the printer turned on can effectively reduce the waste of ink cartridges (Not need to turn off the power when you replace the ink or paper).

Terrible Quality - Canon brand is much better

This paper and ink and really terrible quality. Images are blurry and not well saturated compared to the Canon brand paper and ink. This paper has a weird texture that also impacts image quality.
