Great TV
Great TV, as description and arrived early. Still getting my head round the smart features (this is my first smart TV) but really quite easy to use.

Now I know what I have been missing
Brilliant picture and sound. Do not need sub titles anymore ! Not yet got going with smart features as only arrived this morning. Simple to set up once my 82 year old husband sorted out various codes to allow connection to internet.

Good clear picture, good price, minor glitches with the smart features
Very good picture quality. App didn't work for setup but manual setup fairly straightforward. Small remote control which should be clearer than it is. Light and mounts to wall easily. Occasionally smart features freeze but unplugging and starting again resolves this. My daughter is pleased with her TV which is the main thing and it is more reliable than other brands we have used.

More than happy with my TV !!
have had this Samsung TV for about four weeks its in the bedroom so only use it for an hour or two at night. the picture is really clear. the 'smart' ...well I am still learning!! I'm not a technical minded but what I have learned I like very much. I was very surprised to have access to so meany FREE channels in addition to the free channels we are all used to !! I am very happy with the TV and would absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking of buying this Samsung TV.

Damaged with cracked screen
Product arrived with the box damaged, and the screen of the TV cracked. This delivery was for an elderly lady who has dementia, and she now does not have a TV. Very poor.
