Does it come with an ink pad and ready to stamp?

Yes, this stamp comes already with ink in it ready to go. I did after a period of time and ink to the pad to make it darker. Stamp ink can be purchased at your local office supply store. Very easy to remove the pad add ink and insert once again.

This says stamp only does it not come with ink?

The stamp itself is inked but it does not come with a refill bottle of ink.

Yes, it is ready to use out of the box.

Photo blue….what is it for?

I don't know where "Photo Blue" comes from. This stamp prints only in red ink. I use it to mark items I have entered into my computer.

Excellent Self-Inking Stamp That Says, "COPY."

This ExcelMark self- inking stamp for stamping the word, "COPY" in red ink is really perfect and great! It is exactly what I wanted, so easy to use and does exactly what I wanted to do. It makes your important document "copies" look neat and professional, especially during Income Tax time. We all need this "stamper" in order to tell the difference between "original" paper documents and "copies!" I highly recommend this and I am very happy with my purchase.
