You place a couple of spoons of ground coffee in the basket, fill the water reservoir with cold water and press the button. It claims to have a one-year warranty. I performed the troubleshooting tips. After they didn’t work, I contacted customer support. The AI agent didn’t recognize the model number and claimed it would forward me to a human with an estimated two-minute wait time. After ten minutes hanging in the lurch, keeping my phone lit to ensure I’d catch the CS agent, I asked if someone would assist. No response from the AI or human agent. I wouldn’t recommend this product or the lackluster customer service at all.
