IKOHS LIGHTCALM Nickel - Ceiling Fan 40W DC Reverse

The electrician said it was the best one he’s ever put in. It’s ultra modern but very big. Loads of settings for light and fan. Once turned on the fan is very quiet.

It was faulty and proven by an electrician. Also the time it has taken to get a refund is a joke. Also myself posting it back i wasn't refunded. Which costed me £56

Initially we were very pleased with our purchase, this is a very modern sleek fan. We were unable to get this fitted straight away under lockdown due to restrictions about people coming into our houses, therefore it was a while before we used it. It was great during the hot weather but as temperatures cooled we chose to use the slower speed - unfortunately the fan continued on fast in all settings. We contacted CREATE IKOHS through Amazon as per the requirements of the purchase. They asked for the fan back to investigate, so it went back to Spain. Their terms and conditions state that they will keep customers advised every step of the way, which is not the case. The next thing we know is there is a knock on the door and the fan is being delivered back, no note, nothing. On inspection it is not the fan we sent back. We asked what had happened and they explained that parts were replaced. This is not our original fan, the housing was pristine when we sent it back, this one came back with bent parts, dents and lumps, screws inside the motor housing!! We have not been happy to re-install it because we consider it unsafe and in a very poor condition. It has been sent back since and we were told that the remote had been changed, however we did not want it and asked for a refund. Each time it has to go through the technical department for their decision. Now they are saying that WE damaged it each time it has been returned even though the only thing we did was to take pictures each time it was received back and returned, all of which have been saved. I have asked for a completely new fan as the condition of the fan I have now (that's in a cardboard box) is absolutely disgusting and not safe to use, but its falling on deaf ears. This is still ongoing several months later. Please be warned.

After 2 years the LED lights have gone. This fan has a specific LED plate so not something you can go and replace easily. No info on website to obtain replacements

Firstly, the design, quality of finish, and function of this fan is superb. It’s a real feature in the room. However, there are serious issues with the inner workings. First fan made clunking noises. Replacement sounds like a miniature tractor. Still trying to get hold of IKOHS to get it replaced. Took a month last time. IKOHS customer service appears to consist of one person who checks emails once a week.

Het product werd snel geleverd. Alle onderdelen waren goed verpakt en de montage handleiding is zeer uitgebreid en eenvoudig te volgen. Ik moest wel 2 gaten boren in mijn betonnen plafond, wat een redelijk zwaar klusje is als er een kiezel voor de boor zit. Eerst voor boten met 6 mm en daarna met 8 mm. Het aansluiten daarna was eenvoudig en lukte direct. Alles straalt kwaliteit uit. Bij het in gebruik nemen overtrof dit onze verwachtingen qua geluidsniveau. Deze ventilator is erg stil, zeker op stand 1. (Van 6) Wij zijn erg tevreden met dit product.

Efficace et silencieux. Éclairage un peu trop puissant pour un chambre. Après deux été il fait un peu de bruit mais c'est faible. Bon produit.

Excelente calidad de producto con un acabado impecable y un diseño muy atractivo. En lo practico: Iluminacion de varios colores e intensidades permite que la lampara sea suficiente para una habitación grande, su seleccion de diferentes tonos hace que puedas elegir cual se ajusta a tus gustos. Ventilador silencioso, puedes elegir varios niveles de velocidad y, por tanto, de flujo de aire. Insisto en lo silencioso, muy silencioso y su motor puede trabajar durante muchas horas sin, aparentemente, ningún desgaste o ruido. Escribo la reseña unos 45 días después de su compra y con esos dias de uso practicamente las 24 horas. Excelente producto en relación calidad/precio

Also an dem Produkt kann man wirklich nichts aussetzen. Das fängt schon bei der Verpackung an. Alles sehr gut eingepackt. Die Montage ist auch sehr einfach. Das Einzige was man vielleicht noch besser machen kann sind detailliertere Fotos, welches Kabel von der Decke mit welchem Kabel am Stecker verbunden wird. Ansonsten top. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist sogar farbig. Die Kühlleistung und die verschiedenen Stufen find ich auch sehr gut. Es ist wirklich sehr angenehm, auch im Schlafzimmer. Der Ventilator ist ausserdem sehr leise, die ersten beiden Stufen sind fast unhörbar. Einzig bei der Dritten Stufe vernimmt ein wenig Motor und Luftgeräusche. Aber das geht glaub ich kaum besser. Wir schlafen immer bei der ersten oder zweiten Stufe. Der Schlaf ist dadurch auch sehr viel besser geworden. Ausserdem sieht er schick aus. Die Lampe ist auch hell genug fürs Schlafzimmer. Die Fernbedienung ist gut. Und er ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Auch das Holz ist sehr schick. Also ich kann wirklich nichts negatives finden. Würden ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Wir wohnen in einer Dachgeschosswohnung und haben leider viel zu lange überlegt, ob wir uns den Ventilator kaufen. Das war definitiv der beste Kauf für den Sommer der letzten zehn Jahre. Der Ventilator ist unfassbar leise, aber macht einen sehr angenehme Luftzug. Er sieht super aus und wirkt extrem hochwertig verarbeitet. Zwei kleine, negative Punkte jedoch: die Fernbedienung könnte hochwertiger verarbeitet sein. Außerdem kann man das Licht nicht dimmen. Mich stört das zwar nicht, weil wir viele indirekte Lichtquellen haben und ich das Licht vom Ventilator nur einschalte, wenn es wirklich hell sein muss. Allerdings wäre eine dimm Funktion durchaus angenehm gewesen. Kleiner Hinweis noch, die Rotorblätter sind nicht aus echtem Holz, sondern aus leichtem Kunststoff in Holzoptik! Wenn man es nicht weiß, fällt es allerdings nicht auf und spart natürlich Gewicht. Ansonsten jedoch für den Preis absolut uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung!
