MacBook Pro Great condition. Work really well but unfortunately. I have to return minr bcoz I need iPad Pro for travel purposes. Excellent battery. Touch screen & screen quality is great.

Laptop looks good and has some cosmetic and was impressed by the quality. But once I turned it on the battery was bad, the charger has to stay plugged in to be able to even stay on which is a big negative for me. For something that refurbished it should be functioning not have a major flaw. I’m really disappointed cause I’m nearly paying the same price I could get one new.

I am a Graphic Design student and wanted to get a powerful MacBook without breaking the bank, this laptop fits all the categories and has become a great workhorse laptop for me. came in good packaging and had no issues with the battery. Over my 2 months of using it, it hasn't had any issues!

I recieved my macbook and for the most part it works and does what I need it to do. Very fast. Very few, if any, superficial bumps on the shell. Nothing too bad. Everything seemed to work. There is some cons though. In shipping it was in a box with just a thin layer of bubble wrap and some thick paper. Def got tossed around. My touch bar began to flicker white and there are purple lines/gaps which I am hoping are also superficial as I can still see and use it. I opened the back to check the batteries and the fans were super dirty. A lot of dust. Had to dust them off and dust the system so it wouldn't over heat from future use. For the most part it seems to be working fine with the exception of the touch bar that isn't an expensive fix if I need to fix it.

I typically buy new fully loaded MacBook Pros which typically cost at least $3500 but they last a long time and that's how I justified the amount. But now that I tried this renewed MacBook Pro, it is nearly impossible to justify a new one. This is the best purchase I ever made on Amazon. Mine was in a generic box but it looked absolutely brand new and certainly was much faster than my previous 2013 MacBook Pro. It even had a completely new battery in it. If this is anywhere close to the standard for Amazon renewed, don't hesitate especially if your current computer is more than 5 years old. Thank you Amazon renewal team or whoever you are. You made my month!

This has been a great machine. Everything works as expected and is in really good shape for a refurbished machine.
