I don't have the collar on extremely tight I do a generous 2 or 3 fingers of space and I do low level shocks on my 6 month old lab shepard pitbull mix her only thing is getting at my cats because my cats are used to a bloodhound that they had made there B**** but somehow this dog just thinks they are playing. Sport Dog customer for life! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great training collar *by J***T on December 3, 2025* I have a puppy who would show aggression towards my kid whenever I would leave the room. I tried several things to correct this and as a last effort I decided to try this collar. It has made a huge difference. The beep and vibrate functions are usually all that is needed and the puppy will immediately react. The only times that I have used the shock is if he sees something or someone outside and starts running at them. The lowest level is enough to snap him out of his focus on the target and he will stop and come back. I did have an issue where the receiver stopped working after the first month. I called customer service and they sent a new one out right away. 3 days later I had the new receiver and have had no issues yet.
