What's the best video card to use with asus pa27ucx-k 27"?

that is more about what you are doing, 2D / CAD / Games - assuming the card isn't just a total POS - anything will look great on this!

Any possibility of the screen being "Burned in" from any type of use of this monitor?

I doubt under any normal usage that you will experience burn-in. In fact, I really have not heard about that as an issue with this type of monitor.

Can I use it with macbook 16 inch

of course, it takes display port and such... that being said, if you have an Apple, I would probably go with Apples display - while I do LOVE this display, it isn't perfect (although it is close), it blows out colors sometimes when there is a ton of black on the screen and not much else - I can't imagine the Apple does that... but I have 2 of these 32" monsters... once you get one, it is hard to accept anything else - but again, if you have Apple, I would get their monitor (not the stand though for $1k), just get an arm. - hope this helps!
