Neat blacklight
They work! Both bulbs are UV blacklights that make fluorescent pigments glow. I needed E12 bulbs to fit my desk lamp, and they’re the right size. The clear, pointy part of the lightbulb is a plastic cover that came as a separate piece in the box, but it clicked into place easily and feels secure now. It’s also brighter than I expected, which is neat.

These are for big lights, not night lights
I was looking for nightlight size to put inside my holiday houses, but these were way to big to fit in the hawthorne village holes. Instead, i used them in a candelabra to highlight my nightmare before christmas village. Good thing I only needed 5, because 1 had fallen apart in the box and did not work.

IV bulbs work great in a Fenton poppy lamp base
These UV bulbs light up the base of my Fenton Custard poppy lamp pretty well. Great price too!

Fits my light well but not as strong as I had hoped. Would probably be a better affect if the lights pointed down....

These cast a great purple glow, but aren't true UV/blacklight. Which is fine because I just wanted more the purple than anything else. However, they burn out very fast. With some bulbs, I got maybe 50 hours at best. None of them have lasted more than 5 months with moderate use (Maybe 6 hours 4 times a week). It seems completely random which ones will be terrible and which ones will last. I have used 14 bulbs from different orders.
