Frame itself feels very solid. The tensioning system is simple but clever. The rails have inserts that use a kind of cam action to lock the edges of the screen in place, then its a simple matter of tightening the screws to add tension. Another review mentioned something about taking out the screws, but you dont have to do any such thing, just tighten and loosen. Very quick and easy to get a screen on. Was pleasantly surprised by the extras included in the package. Came with some screen material, a squeegee, a wrench or two, a driver bit and spare screws and extra stuffing material for the frame interior, and a couple of things i have not even figured out the purpose of. If anyone knows what the blue bracket and aluminum rod are for, please let me know, haha! Overall very pleased!

This is a great concept, the frame is well built, and its very easy to put in a new screen. Better than trying to reclaim screens with emulsion remover and I can try saving my screens The downsides are its kinda bulky and heavy to work with and the foam seals should be longer so they are easier to install and don't leave gaps. Edit: Actually my station has trouble supporting the 16x20 frame

So far I really like it, but haven’t printed a whole lot with it yet. It’s easy to use, tensions the screen well. The only cons so far: because of the aluminum bars that hold the screen in place you can’t adjust the offset at all (I haven’t measured exactly yet) and it doesn’t work well with the speedball hinge clamps. Either way I still want to buy the larger one. I’m getting back into screen printing and being able to quickly stretch a new screen while testing and figuring it out again has been nice.

Really clever. You can see there was a lot of passion and thought put into this product. It includes extra parts. A large squeegee. A bit so that you can tension the frame with a power drill. Screen material. The system is really well conceived, and uses a solid lever system to clamp the screen material onto the edge of the frame. Then just tighten the bolts with your drill and the tensioning happens fast. The instructions were pretty sparse and confusing, but the video on the Amazon site cleared matters up. I’m actually going to use this system to remesh smaller frames with glue in addition to using the frame itself. I got the largest one, 16” x 20”.

Concept is great and it works well as designed - I really wanted to like it but..... It's ok for a few shirts for someone that does screen printing for a hobby. Problem is, the design of the frame does not allow you to adjust your off contact at all and the off contact that is set is just too high off a t shirt to work well. I do use it if I have a simple design that won't require lifting the screen during printing but once the screen is lifted you cannot put it back down or you will ruin your shirt. As I said, the concept is great, just wish the screen material sat right against the shirt like it does in a static frame. Also, it's quite heavy.

Perfect for my own proyect

I was very impressed with the quality and how easy it was to make the screes taught. If I had any complaint at all. the mesh that was included had a funky smell. It is good mesh aside from that. Will be buying the next size up soon.

Worth every penny as it is able to stretch a screen evenly and efficiently within minutes. You can remove screen and restrict old screens in a matter of minutes.
