StaminaPilates Reformer Stand

This stand was so easy to assemble. It's sturdy and it lifted my performer approximately 10 inches off the floor. I'm 68 years old and I had issues getting off the floor. Now I have the ability to use the machine again. Just a quick note, it takes two people to lift the performer and guide it into place. I'm loving this stand.

What a great product! I liked my reformer and enjoyed using it before...but having it supported properly and off the floor the 8 or 10 inches makes it that much better. The stand went together quickly and is very high quality and the extra height not only makes it easier to get on and off the reformer...but also allows even more motion range and makes some of the exercises easier to perform without brushing my hands against the floor. The stand also comes apart very easily if you want to fold the reformer up for storage and is super simple to set up again. Well made, great fit, makes a great product even better...what's not to like. I read some reviews saying the stand didn't fit their reformer so I would definitely recommend measuring the width and length of the feet on yours to make sure it is the right size. I am super satisfied with my stand, it was exactly what I was hoping it would be...and it was about 1/2 the price on Amazon.

Aeropilates machine are much more popular than I realized because this stand also took awhile to be back in stock. As much as I hate to say it, having this stand does make the machine much better... particularly if you're used to practicing on reformers in a studio. However, not having it isn't the end of the world. If you plan to store your machine after each use, then this stand wouldn't be necessary. Main exercises that would really benefit from this stand (imho) would probably be short and long box series if you also purchased the long box from Aeropilates (I did) - overall that is a small fraction of the practice. In fact, I don't really think I can do pull-straps properly without the extra height. So I was kind of stuck since I already purchased the box. If you don't really use the box, you can also consider skipping this. I work in front of a mirror and having the extra height also makes it easier for me to check my form. All in all, if you already have a machine and use it regularly with extra space to spare - get this! Else, you can probably skip.

I was so disappointed when it seemed too small for my 4-cord reformer. Thankfully a reviewer here noted that she called for the same issue and customer service told her to turn the stand around since the ends are slightly different widths. THIS WOULD BE USEFUL INFORMATION TO INCLUDE IN THE PACKAGING AND AMAZON DESCRIPTION! Anyway I love you lady whoever you are. Thank you so much for saving me a ton of time and frustration! 💋 The stand itself is much easier to assemble than you’d expect and took me all of five minutes, no tools required. One of the pins on mine won’t go through all the way but it’s still quite secure. I will use my reformer much more now that I don’t have to roll off the floor to get off, lol. I also got the non-skid mat from this company and highly recommend it if that’s also an issue for you. Both items arrived well packaged, are very high quality, and worth every penny! I now have a perfect home Pilates set up! 😍

I bought a 5-cord Stamina Aero Pilates reformer on craigslist, but it didn't come with a stand. I contacted Stamina directly and they quickly told me which size stand I'd need to go with my model. Ordered it Amazon, and it arrived 2 days later, and 2 days EARLIER than it was supposed to. It took me all of 5 minutes to open the box, pull the pieces out and have it fully assembled. Set my reformer on it and was ready to go. You don't have to have a stand for the reformer, but it sure makes everything easier, plus it allows you to do some exercises (Eve's Lunge, for example) that you can't do on a reformer sitting on the floor. This stand is manufactured Stamina and is extremely easy to put together, durable and sturdy.

This MEDIUM sized stand will fit the 354 Plus model Aeropilates machine that is very popular now and I love it except for the chemical smell of this stand. I am not sure where the smell is coming from but I assume the rubber feet as it is a sort of rubbery smell. Others have complained about this but they say it goes away in a week so I guess I will find out in a week. To tolerate the smell, since I put it in my huge great room where I watch TV, I plugged in a Hepa filter air cleaner set on high next to it. I am a Senior age Plus sized gal and this is a great sturdy unit but it is not something to set up and put away after each use....so put it where you can leave it out and use it daily. It is big and so you need to have a space for it as large as a queen bed so you have area to do the excercises-so you cannot wedge it next to a wall. A dedicated room as the "gym room" is the best idea. The stand is needed for a Pilates machine for people with joint or back problems and better workouts. It is pretty easy to get on and off but be sure to hold on to the bar and set a cord or two before getting on or off for stability. If you are Plus sized or have kyphosis of your back (hump on back) as many elderly do, simply lay your bed's memory foam pillow over the top of whole head section and get on....do not think you cannot use this-you CAN with that memory foam pillow to accommodate your Plus size or back problem even though they make these machines based on thin, straight backed, active people. It will work for you if you weigh less than 300lbs and use your own memory foam pillow for gentle Happy Pilate Workouts!

Excellent sturdy stand and it fits perfectly

Brilliant bit of kit. I know its a bit more expensive, but has made doing my pilates so much easier. Easy to put together & sturdy. Its 10 inches above the floor, so getting up & down is a breeze now, rather than trying to get up from floorlevel. Very pleased i ordered it.

Sturdy, and fits perfectly for my AeroPilates reformer. Simple to put together too. No need to get down too low to access the machine.

My wife used to have difficulties getting back up from her Pilates, but now that it is elevated, she has no difficulties getting back up and enjoy her Pilates even more... this was a good decision !
