Any suggestions?** A: What I do is buy both a medium and a large pair, and take both apart (running them under warm water in the sink helps soften them up and makes this easier). I then assemble a pair with the flanged piece (the part that actually goes inside your ear) from the large pair, and the medium sized concha bowl part (outer piece) . Then I run the flanged piece under hot water to soften it up, and then put it in my ear until it cools. Perfect fit, and less likely to accidentally back out.Obviously it's twice as expensive to do this. But I use these every day at work so it's worth the cost. **Q: Has anyone used these for sleeping?** A: Yes I have. I took the cord off for better comfort.
