**Q: I don't like your new formula, it is too soft. Where can I buy some of the old formula?**
A: Unfortunately the old formula no longer exists. We are working to improve the current formula!

**Q: Why is shipping so much? It weighs nothing.**
A: Our flat rate shipping and handling cost is $9.95 to the continental US. We have to be able to track the item, pay for the shipping, the shipping materials and the person packing the order. You can order as many as you'd like and the shipping will still be $9.95.

**Q: How does one use this product? do i have to remove it piece by piece? dry hair? damp hair?**

Discovered this product at a barber shop where I used to live.  Great for stiffining up the front portion of your hair when you have a short haircut/crew cut.  Perfect amount of hold to spike the hair up.  Hard to find locally... glad I was able to find it here.

I've been using this product for 10 years as I have extremely straight hair that doesn't hold up to gels/sprays.Not only is it inexpensive, but one stick typically lasts 3-6 months with everyday use. Simply dampen your hair then apply. No mess either since you never have to touch the wax.Highly recommend
