Xiaomi Mi TV stick

Great TV stick for my non smart tv. Easy to set up, has a remote control that is user frindly and you can stream lot of common apps. Compatibke with most popular apps and works very well. Ordering another one for my son, so I thought I would leave an jonest review. Xiaomi 10 stars!!

It's a horrible product that shouldn't have never be sold in the first place. It's money wasted 100%. You will definitely regret it if you buy it. The playstore is very limited with irrelevance apps, very slow, and freeze too often. My star ⭐ rating is actually zero

This is my first experience of the Xiaomi Mi devices, if I'm honest I love the Amazon streaming devices there easy to set up and the Bluetooth remote smashes other devices into the ground. I'm an inquisitive person who loves there streaming devices therfore I'm quite fussy, I own an Nvidia Shield device so the Xiaomi Mi TV stick has some high standards to compete with!! So here goes!! I love this device!! nice little remote that feels substantial in the hand Bluetooth too!! 😊 I installed my apps easily! So happy days there! The picture quality is spot on and it streaming effortlessly. No buffering for me!!!! Would I recommend that people buy it? The answer is YES Is it value for money? The answer is YES again Would I try other Xiaomi Mi devices most definitely! At some point I will get other device's the play with and use.

The product came packaged very neat similar to the Amazon Firestick...wonder where did they get their inspiration. In terms of usability, the product has it's glitches and jams from time to time needing a reset. I believe it has something to do with the amount of memory available (ROM). For the price paid you can't really find a android tv stick unless you get the Amazon Firestick and have the constraint of not having the google play app. UPDATE: Device received a software update that made it work wonderful, the new user experience is a 10 out of 10. No lags and no problems.

Used on a daily basis. No problems. Gave one as a gift, also happy with the quality. Wifi good. Easy.

Easy enough to set up but half way thru it says set up you local content and shows all countries apart from United Kingdom. Once on and running the WiFi set up says CONNECTED but "NO INTERNET" (VIRGIN MEDIA ONLY) you have to turn off your router to get this to disappear and for stick to actually properly connect with WiFi. The remote it's self is a bit laggy well to be honest if you've got quick clicking fingers it's very laggy to the point you have to leave the app your in and the re-enter and go much slower so it doesn't freeze. As for video playback it is very good (no 4k) but does have its moments of complete freeze like it can't keep up. All this will probably be fixed on next update of the stick. Also if ordering in the UK from Amazon please be aware it doesn't even come with a UK plug and it doesn't come with an adapter plug either ( more expense). I ordered 4 and all have had the same issues quoted above. This is an honest appraisal of this device and is now up to you if you want to buy yourself. Thanks

As an Apple user I found this android stick very easy to set up, the quality of streaming is second to none. The speed of streaming is instant with unbeatable performance, quality product definitely value for money

Der Mi TV Stick EU hat meinen Fernseher von „Kann nur Sender suchen“ zu „Netflix-Profi“ befördert. :D Einstecken, WLAN verbinden, fertig – selbst mein Sofa war beeindruckt. Android TV läuft flüssig, Apps sind schnell installiert und die Fernbedienung mit Google Assistant hört besser auf mich als manche Menschen. Streaming in guter Qualität, kein Ruckeln, kein Drama. Klein, unauffällig und verschwindet hinter dem TV – aber leistet große Arbeit. Fazit: Günstig, smart und macht aus einem alten Fernseher ein echtes Multitalent. Ich streame jetzt Dinge, von denen mein TV früher nur träumen konnte 📺✨

Ho 5 tv in casa , ma solo 1 era sprovvisto di smart tv, un bellissimo samsung 32 pollici preso 1 anno prima a 135 euro ma ovviamente senza la funzione smart. Dopo 20000 ricerche decido per lo stick xiaomi. Ragazzi è veramente valido , rapido e intuitivo immagini fluide e ottime in full hd a 1080p tante app di base più uno store dove è possibile scaricarne altre. Le più gettonate netflix, disney+, amazon video, you tube già presenti di default. Il processore fa girare egregiamente il tutto, l'installazione é semplice e rapida, inoltre potete sincronizzare il vostro account google che vi permetterà di avere ad esempio le vostre preferenze su you tube per dirne 1. Attacco Hdmi fondamentale quindi compatibile con tutte le tv e monitor che hanno almeno 1 ingresso. Telecomando bello , minimal con una risposta rapida. Naturalmente il mio consiglio e che abbiate una buona connessione , la sconsiglio a chi ha 10 15 mega , per mia fortuna ho 900 mega con la mia linea gigabit , ma a 40 50 mega lo stick viaggia perfettamente. La recezione é buonissima io lo uso per la tv in cucina e ho il modem a 9 metri ( salone ) nessun blocco o calo di frame o stallo. COMPRALO se hai bisogno si una smart tv. É vero NON HA IL 4K ma a cosa serve???? Netflix e tante altre app trasmettono in 2k max il 4k puro é raro da trovare su app smart a maggior ragione se non avete una connessione top. In full hd state sereni che si vede stra bene.
