I came to Amazon today looking for a smaller version. Yes they can be hard to swallow. Once in a while a pill folks like a dagger stuck sideways in my throat. I wonder if a person could open the capsule and dump it in applesauce? **Q: Why is there no label shown listing all ingredients and amounts?** A: The bottle I received has a Supplement Facts label listing all ingredients and amounts **Q: Does this item need to be refrigerated** A: No need to refrigerate. Store in a cool, dry place after opening. **Q: What is the difference between this product and metamucil fiber drink?** A: I did not like a drink. I prefer taking a pill. I take this pill 3 times a day but I also take a chloral (green super food) pill with them. I feel I do not eat enough greens. Also, water is important, many do not drink enough water. Doing the fiber drink provides you take in more water, but the pill il easier to take when you travel. It is a personal choice only you can make. ## Frequently Bought Together - NOW Foods Supplements, Psyllium Husk Caps 700 mg with 50 mg of Apple Pectin, Intestinal Health*, 180 Veg Capsules - Doctors BEST High Absorption Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate 100% Chelated, Muscle Relaxation & Sleep Support, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Vegan, 100% Chelated 240 Tablets - NOW Supplements, Vitamin D-3 & K-2, 1,000 IU/45 mcg,Plus Cardiovascular Support*, Supports Bone Health*, 120 veg Capsules --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.dk/products/214653562-psyllium-husk-700mg-with-pectin-capsules-180-count](https://www.desertcart.dk/products/214653562-psyllium-husk-700mg-with-pectin-capsules-180-count) --- *Product available on Desertcart Denmark* *Store origin: DK* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
