Excellents pellets de bois, parfaits pour barbecue et four à pizza Ninja
Ces pellets PIT BOSS sont vraiment une belle découverte. Je les utilise aussi bien avec mon barbecue Ninja Woodfire qu’avec mon four à pizza Wood Fire de Ninja, et le résultat est excellent. La combustion est régulière, la chaleur bien maîtrisée et surtout, le goût fumé qu’ils apportent aux viandes, poissons et pizzas est délicieux et authentique. J’apprécie particulièrement le fait qu’ils soient 100 % naturels, sans additifs ni produits chimiques. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable, car ils reviennent bien moins chers que les pellets de la marque Ninja, tout en offrant un rendu tout aussi, voire plus, satisfaisant. Ils se conservent bien et dégagent très peu de cendres, ce qui facilite le nettoyage. Pour le fumage ou la cuisson au feu de bois, c’est un choix idéal que je recommande sans hésitation.
