I do not think you will get much satisfaction with the results if you don't shave. I've been very satisfied with the multiple times I have used them. Keep in mind they only last 2 or 3 days before they have deteriorated enough that I just wash the rest off. I stay shaved so I am not sacrificing my hair for a couple days of alter ego fun.
