I got a replacement mop bucket set (first time sent a piece which looked slightly used). The piece itself looks and works amazingly. I'm happy I splurged and got the Royale model as compared to the cheaper models. The removable metal spin basket does make a difference. The mop stick is so light compared to the traditional mops, makes mopping very easy. The material seems good and long lasting. However, even after spinning the mop, there is still some water residue, if you want can squeeze with hand or else keep fan on full while mopping to avoid chance of slipping on wet floor. Let me use it for a few months and I'll be back to update the review.

Milton consistently meets high standards of quality. However, I have a concern regarding the procurement of the mop stick separately, as the one available on Amazon is incompatible with this model. Despite this issue, the product performs admirably. It is easy to soak, dry, and mop. There is no noise during spinning. When compared to the basic variant, this model shows a noticeable improvement. It requires less effort to spin, and the thicker handle provides a better grip. Overall, I am highly satisfied with its performance. One issue to note regarding the stick is that the head does not turn easily, possibly because it is new. Additionally, the center of the stick's head is not made of stainless steel, which may affect its durability.

Have been using for 2 years.size is easy to handle. Without touching dirty water, squeezes dry. Super useful product

Ya it's worth buying, I wish they could give 3 pochha, and also didn't understand the concept of having that punmp bottle aside , all over in this rate it's very good in quality, length is enough, the pochha is wider , the handle and the plastic portion are very good in quality, go for it worth buying..!!

Spotzero royale as a whole it's nice to used. Because in the mop handle on the plate area there are 3 small plastic gears that make it smooth to spin. But if one of those gear (s) are gone it's very difficult to use it. For replacement there are no spare mop because on the bucket where the mop are placed on the water section are large so even if I buy new mop it is not compatible it will not rotate, it stuck. So as a whole, bucket are not damaged so easily but the mop does. Hence, I can't find any mop that can be used with the bucket. My sincere experience.

I have received product today. 1 wheel is rotating freely. Another wheel is very tight and not rotating. While packing product for customer, you must check if there is any issue with product. I returned the product. They replaced with another product. again same issue with replaced product also. One wheel is tight and not rotating freely.
