No complaints. Have not noticed any dropped packets or issues from the cable.

No issues with data transfer speed and reliability several weeks on. My only regret is they're rather thick and so aren't very flexible. I've got them plugged into a couple of Raspberry PI's and the Pi's wont say flat because of the stiffness of the cable. They would work absolutely fine as patch cables between a fixed router and a patch panel.

Ich habe nach kurzen, unauffälligen Netzwerkkabeln gesucht, um mein Patchpanel ordentlich mit dem Switch im Netzwerkschrank zu verbinden. Das 5er-Pack von Cable Matters in 30 cm Länge eignet sich genau für diesen Einsatzzweck hervorragend. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist gewohnt hoch. Die Stecker sitzen passgenau und der Snagless-Schutz verhindert das Hängenbleiben beim Verlegen, ohne dabei zu starr zu sein. Die Datenübertragung läuft bei mir absolut stabil und ohne Paketverluste auf vollen 10 Gbit/s im Heimnetzwerk. Durch die kurze Länge von 0,3 Metern gehört lästiger Kabelsalat im Serverrack oder hinter dem Router endlich der Vergangenheit an. Ein kleiner Punkt, den man beachten sollte: Die Kabel sind typischerweise für schirmstarke Cat-6-Kabel etwas starr, was bei extrem engen Biegeradien ein wenig Fingerspitzengefühl erfordert. Das spricht jedoch eher für eine gute Materialqualität. Insgesamt ein durchdachtes Set für alle, die ihren Netzwerkschrank oder Arbeitsplatz strukturiert und sauber verkabeln möchten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für fünf vollkommen verlässliche Kabel stimmt hier einfach. Ich kann das Pack jedem IT-Enthusiasten uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
